Brief Description: Standing at about 6'3, proudly towering over most of the other men, Raphael can only be described as 'dignified'. He rarely breaks protocol, taking his job seriously. After serving five years under Admiral (Then Captain) Pike's watch, he was promoted to Captain a short time ago. He has soft brown eyes, with neatly combed hair, always clean and always looking sharp as ever.

Raphael is quiet, but don't ever let that fool you - once he is angered, he is a force to be reckoned with, though rare that is. He is cold, calculating and precise, but more often then not he is calm and professional. When he is calm, he quietly takes in his situation, formulating a tactical response that would minimize any possible casualties or injuries. He is in all forms, professional and mature. He puts the needs of his ship and his crew infront of him before he even considers himself, and always thinks things through instead of barreling head-on into the fray.

He is polite and reserved. He prefers to sort things out peacefully and diplomatically rather then with guns and weapons. He has a charming, soothing voice that seems to calm enraged aliens more often then not. He is considered one of Starfleet's most admirable captains of the younger generation.

To his closest friends and family, some even call him 'Raph' or 'R.J'. When around those he feels comfortable around, he becomes a little less tense and a bit more laid back. He enjoys having friends nearby while not on duty and much prefers being in their company.

Though, I must remind you that no one is onboard the USS Farragut just yet, so Captain Winrow may be lonely for a little while before he gets some crew.

He should be okay for now. I'm sure he'll find something to do (Talk to a wall, pretend he's a pirate, skip around etc. (Joking. XD)) but I'll make sure he doesn't go too stir crazy until he gets some crewmembers onboard.
